1.First, install Microsoft XNA 3.1

2. Then open your computer's "Control Panel" and select "Programs and features".
On the left select "Turn windows features on or off".
Look for ".Net Framework 3.5 (includes .Net2.0 and 3.0)", select the check box for it, then click ok.

After that you should be able to install LISA without any problem.
